Friends of Daybreak

The ministry of Daybreak is voluntary.

You may like to help staff the office, maintain the garden and property, care for the House so that it is clean and attractive, organise the library, and do the many necessary caring and decorating tasks that make Daybreak a welcoming place.

Daybreak Open House Hours - connect with our community

From February to November Daybreak is open regularly on Mondays from 11am until 1pm, except for public holidays and during school holidays.

During this time people are invited to:

• visit the House / get information about Daybreak
• drop in for a chat and a cuppa and a catch up with others
• use one of the rooms for quiet/reflection/reading time (remember that you can have access to the House for this at any other time by arrangement)
• make bookings and payments for programs or membership
• members can borrow from the library and return books

If you are a member of Daybreak and would like to join the Open House Welcome Team at this time on a regular or occasional basis please let us know. Michelle Lane-Jenner is the team co-ordinator for 2012.
